Greenco Plantain Chips
Greenco Plantain Chips start where most snack brands cannot: on our own plantain farms.
We grow it, we harvest it at the ripeness the recipe calls for, and we process it in our own facility — so the difference between our sweet and our savoury chip is a deliberate agronomic decision, not whatever the market happened to supply that week.
Every batch is sliced fresh, fried and then conditioned in our processing line, which is what gives our chips their lighter, crisper bite. Nothing is reconstituted, no flavour is painted on, and there is no artificial colour in the pack. Just plantain, oil and salt.
